Fire and Lice Some say our hike will end in mire Some say in lice But when our troop’s around the fire I’ll hold with those who favor mire. Yet if I’m pressed to join the fight I will not those opposed condemn. I think I know their destined plight: If the muck don’t get them The cooties might. Frog The frog comes on little cat’s feet It sits looking over marsh and swamp on silent haunches, burps, and then moves on.
